4 Hours of service - $25.90 per guest | 5 Hours of service - $28.90 per guest | 6 Hours of service - $31.90 per guest | Children & guests under 21 years of age - $15.00 per guest • 20% Administrative Charge & 8.75% N.Y.S. Sales Tax to the total of the bill. *Please note: The administrative charge is for the administration of the bar services of the banquet; is NOT a gratuity; and will NOT be distributed as gratuities to the employees who provided service to the guests. This charge includes delivery, set-up, and damage waiver.
